SURF AND TURF
Some items are prepared using the French Sous Vide slow cooking method, where it is seasoned and sealed into a full or partial vacuum. It is then cooked at a low temperature then finished on the grill. This method retains juices and aroma of the steak and often takes 1 to 3 hours depending on the final desired temperature.
