Cavatappi – $12 – Cavatappi pasta, creamy red sauce, chili flake tossed with house made Italian sausage, and green peas.

Fettuccini Alfredo – $11 – Fettuccini tossed with Parmesan cream sauce and squash blossom.

SURF AND TURF

Our pork and beef items are prepared using the French Sous Vide slow cooking method, where it is seasoned and sealed into a full or partial vacuum.  It is then cooked at a low temperature then finished on the grill.  This method retains juices and aroma of the steak and often takes 1 to 3 hours depending on the final desired temperature.

LG Chicken – $16 – pan seared chicken with sundried tomatoes, lemon butter sauce choice of 2 regular side items

Coconut Pecan Chicken – $14 –  Chicken battered with a combination breadcrumbs and pecans served with a choice of 2 regular sides.

Mahi Mahi – $21- Cajun seasoned served with warm Farro salad, jalapeno lime butter and choice of 1 regular side item.

Grilled Salmon – $16 – Pan seared salmon filet, served with 2 regular sides

Pork Chop – $19 –  Double bone in pan seared chop served with choice of 2 regular side items

Looking Glass Sirloin – $18 – 10oz pan seared Sirloin, topped with herb butter served with choice of 2 side items

N.Y. Strip – $20 – New York strip served with choice of 2 side items

Ribeye- $21 – 12oz ribeye, marinated served with choice of 2 side items

Black and Blue Ribeye – $22 –  12oz lightly Cajun seasoned, blue cheese, choice of 2 side items
